What you'll do

• Plan and execute internal and assigned department-led events
• maintain operating parameters for SSA-managed external events and serve as the Zoo’s primary contact for escalations
• prepare event plans, decision notes, summaries, and tracking reports
• manage Glowfari execution, vendors, installation, readiness, guest flow, and closeout
• coordinate cross-functional Operations projects
• support event budgets, vendor payments, logistics, and stakeholder communication
• accommodate occasional evening and weekend work onsite.
