What you'll do

• Build long-term customer relationships and manage a portfolio of accounts

• report account status and track sales targets and metrics
• manage inventory planning, product forecasts, delivery schedules, invoicing information, and routine reporting
• coordinate customer personnel for refractory material installation and handling
• manage customer-site project work.
