What you'll do

• Wash, dry, and put away dishes
• maintain sanitation in the front and back of the cafe
• monitor chemical levels and report sanitation needs to the Head Baker
• perform assigned cleaning duties
• follow health codes and sanitation standards
• report equipment and maintenance problems
• prepare on-demand sandwiches for the hot food line as needed.
