Program Aide

The Program Aide role is onsite in Fresno, CA, part-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pay is $16.90–$18.00 per hour. Fresno CBAS provides community-based adult services intended to enhance quality of life and promote independence and well-being for adults needing support. The aide supports participants and staff with individualized care and programming. The role assists with activities, personal care under supervision, meals, program-area upkeep, documentation, and specified occupational or physical therapy maintenance tasks under direct clinical supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist staff with program assignments and participant care as directed
• maintain order and cleanliness of program areas and equipment
• provide personal care such as toileting, bathing, eating, transferring, dressing, or grooming under nurse and Activity Director supervision
• assist with activities and meal and snack service
• write notes
• implement and document OT/PT maintenance services under RN or OT/PT supervision
• report changes in participant condition
• participate in intake, assessment, staff meetings, and training.
