The practitioner joins Adventist Health’s Women’s Health and Labor & Delivery team in a hospital-based, high-acuity setting. The role evaluates, triages, and manages urgent obstetric and gynecologic concerns in the OB Emergency Department. It supports Labor & Delivery and postpartum units as needed, coordinating with physicians, laborists, and nursing teams to provide timely, evidence-based care.

What you'll do

• Provide OB Emergency Department care, including triage and stabilization
• perform medical screening exams
• assess and manage laboring patients and obstetric emergencies
• initiate diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and interventions
• facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• collaborate with physicians on complex cases
• support Labor & Delivery and postpartum units as needed.
