What you'll do

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• conduct pre-shift lineups
• monitor floor service and table flow
• manage expediting and food running
• coach and provide feedback to staff
• support hiring and training
• address guest concerns
• complete shift preparation and closing duties
• reconcile cash
• complete checklists and reports
• conduct safety and sanitation walkthroughs
• assist with inventory, ordering, cost and labor control
• and support other restaurant positions as needed.
