Retail Floor Lead

The Retail Floor Lead role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $21.61–$24.61 per hour, plus team pooled commission. The role supports Vuori’s retail sales team and communicates the brand’s product knowledge and values to customers. The floor lead guides the sales floor by example, supports daily store operations, and helps the team deliver strong customer experiences. By coordinating sales-floor work, product knowledge, and store standards, the role contributes to sales goals and smooth store operations.

What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to deliver customer experiences
• oversee the sales floor and team
• prepare fitting rooms and help customers find sizes
• provide product style and fit feedback
• share product and replenishment information
• lead daily store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
• motivate the team toward sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• support store maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management
• lead restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning, and opening or closing procedures.
