The Assistant Manager, Product Sales and Services role is onsite in Kansas City, MO. Pay is $25.00–$28.60 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage daily Product Sales & Services operations and provide frontline support
• collaborate with other departments
• follow applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• monitor teammate performance and provide feedback
• oversee hiring, development, training, and scheduling
• assess and resolve guest questions, comments, and complaints
• maintain facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgets
• participate in leadership forums and provide input on resort operations and improvement opportunities.
