What you'll do

• Design and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns that leverage cutting-edge talent acquisition technology and digital platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content for all recruitment platforms and channels.
• Analyze ATS and recruitment data to inform strategic planning and refine job postings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align recruitment efforts.
• Plan and execute participation at strategic hiring and industry events.
