The Registered Nurse (RN), Second Shift role is onsite in Carbondale, PA. Compensation is $37–$41 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• administer medications and treatments safely
• monitor residents and communicate significant changes to physicians and the care team
• support LPNs and CNAs
• maintain accurate documentation
• coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• respond to emergencies
• educate residents and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness.

Why this role
