What you'll do

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and community psychiatric support services in community locations
• help clients develop social, interpersonal, and daily living skills
• provide supportive counseling and solution-focused interventions
• support emotional and behavioral management
• participate in strengths-based planning
• assist with housing-related skills
• help clients and families identify strategies and treatment options
• refer inquiries to appropriate staff or agencies
• transport clients while providing services
• submit notes and attend required training and supervision.
