What you'll do

• Lead custom-home field execution from construction start through occupancy
• coordinate trade partners, materials, inspections, schedules, quality, safety, and jobsite conditions
• maintain client and project-team communication
• conduct quality inspections
• manage punch lists and closeout
• and post daily logs and progress photos. Regular travel between project sites is required.
