What you'll do

• Monitor and evaluate a 1,100-unit multifamily portfolio
• review third-party property management reports
• evaluate rent levels and maintain an asset-management operating calendar
• serve as a primary contact for commercial properties and tenants
• negotiate leases and renewals
• manage brokers and vendors
• and oversee minor construction, maintenance, and tenant improvement projects.
