Job overview

The Desktop Support Technician – IT role is onsite across Maryland Heights and St. Louis, Missouri, with two days per week at the corporate headquarters and three days at the warehouse. Pay is $24–$32 per hour. The role supports Service Metal’s corporate and warehouse technology operations. The technician resolves help desk and network issues, supports Microsoft 365 and user accounts, updates software, and develops employee training materials.
