What you'll do

• Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and general construction work
• complete preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues
• support improvement projects and coordinate with contractors and vendors
• maintain work orders, logs, and CMMS records
• conduct inspections and grounds maintenance
• address facility issues with Operations and other teams.
