What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• prepare and review financial analyses and executive deliverables
• analyze monthly results and drive corrective actions
• partner with business leaders on performance improvements
• develop reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and scenario analyses
• support ERP implementation and TSA transition
• improve planning and reporting
• partner with accounting during monthly close
• lead, coach, and develop team members.
