What you'll do

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising bakery production, pastries, artisan breads, sales, and distribution
• identify department concerns and help implement corrective actions
• maintain standards for cost control, customer service, merchandising, quality, ordering, inventory, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• verify deliveries
• develop associates through training and supervision
• support accurate schedules and time records
• motivate associates toward sales and service goals.
