Concierge | Every Other Weekend

Job overview

The Concierge role is onsite in Orono, ME, with stated pay of $18 per hour. The position is part-time, every other weekend, for 10 hours per pay period. At Dirigo Pines, the work supports residents and contributes to a welcoming senior living community. The concierge provides reception and clerical support while helping residents, families, and visitors access information and services. The role coordinates requests and appointments, maintains records and shared spaces, and helps keep community operations organized and responsive.

What you'll do

• Answer and route telephone calls and take accurate messages
• receive and direct visitors
• assist residents with information and sign-out procedures
• help coordinate residents’ medical appointments and transportation
• maintain resident mailboxes and distribute mail
• keep the lobby and reception area organized
• provide administrative support
• schedule resident work orders and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
• maintain supply inventories
• report unsafe conditions.
