What you'll do

• Oversee daily spa operations, service quality, cleanliness, and resort standards
• recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff
• maintain procedures and safety practices
• manage inventory, purchasing, retail products, and cash handling
• oversee payroll, labor forecasting, budgets, revenue, and expenses
• coordinate spa services for groups and events
• communicate with resort leadership
• support other departments and serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
