The Structural Engineer role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour. The position supports a leading luxury home builder’s residential structural design work. The engineer designs and evaluates structural components for residential wood and, in Florida, masonry structures. The role contributes to safe, code-compliant home construction by preparing engineering calculations and repair details, coordinating plans with truss layouts, and working with architectural staff, client departments, and building officials.

What you'll do

• Design structural components of residential wood structures and masonry structures in Florida

• seal structural plans, details, and repairs as needed
