Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs, resources, and staffing
• assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• obtain and review contractor bids
• direct contracted projects
• purchase supplies, machinery, and equipment
• manage the maintenance budget and records
• prepare cost reports
• support property upkeep, cleaning, and unit turnovers as needed
• attend meetings and training
• promote safe work practices and address safety and security concerns.
