What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day Maintenance Department operations
• maintain facility, grounds, equipment, and building systems
• perform or coordinate preventive and routine maintenance
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• maintain inspection, repair, work-order, and preventive-maintenance records
• coordinate outside vendors and contractors
• monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and emergency systems
• ensure regulatory compliance
• conduct safety inspections
• assist with emergency preparedness, inventory, budgeting, and purchasing
• provide leadership to maintenance staff.
