The Part-Time In-Home Support Caregiver role is an onsite, in-home position serving clients across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent, OR. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. Right at Home’s stated purpose is to help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The caregiver provides personal and practical support that helps clients live safely and independently in their homes. The role follows individual care plans, documents daily care, and communicates with the office team while offering companionship and assistance with everyday needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• provide safety supervision
• follow individual care plans
• document daily care notes using a mobile app
• and communicate with the office team.
