What you'll do

• Guide and schedule assigned journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices
• install and repair commercial plumbing and medical-gas systems
• read blueprints and prepare material take-offs and sketches
• plan construction timelines
• enforce PPE and job-site safety
• estimate labor hours and coordinate with other trades
• manage tools and materials
• oversee safe equipment use
• complete field reports, timecards, progress photos, and as-built markups
• inspect work for conformance to specifications.
