What you'll do

• Direct leasing, marketing, and facilities operations
• recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop employees

• oversee resident communications, administration, collections, and evictions as applicable
• resolve escalated resident concerns
• manage performance to budget and vendor costs
• liaise with university partners and internal support teams
• maintain key control.
