The role supports construction and architect-engineer acquisitions through pre-award, award, and post-award administrative, analytical, and coordination work. It helps Government acquisition personnel maintain compliant procurement processes and organized contract records.

What you'll do

• Support acquisition planning, market research, procurement package development, and solicitation preparation
• organize and maintain acquisition and contract files and status reports
• assist with contract modifications, deliverable tracking, correspondence, and documentation
• coordinate with contracting personnel, project managers, technical representatives, and stakeholders
• support review and documentation of Requests for Equitable Adjustments and claims
• prepare reports, meeting summaries, and action trackers.
