Maintenance Manager

The role coordinates with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to support plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

What you'll do

• Direct maintenance department activities
• manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs and facility infrastructure

• oversee machine installation and documentation updates
• maintain CMMS use
• coordinate maintenance schedules with production
• enforce safety and environmental policies
• manage vendors, bids, budgets, critical spares, and facility projects.
