What you'll do

• Manage the Brightree workflow from referral intake through billing and collections
• validate patient and physician documentation
• verify insurance eligibility and authorizations
• submit claims and follow up on billing issues
• track inventory and coordinate orders and deliveries
• maintain audit-ready records and regulatory compliance
• serve as a contact for patients, caregivers, and referral partners
• prepare monthly reports and support outreach and operational improvements.
