What you'll do

• Provide technical service for automated parking systems and notify relevant parties of problems or delays
• assist with project setup, installation, and customer training
• learn new hardware and tools
• follow OSHA practices
• complete applicable PCI checklists
• complete and obtain client sign-off on work orders
• maintain company fleet vehicles and organized work areas
• generate service tickets and follow up until issues are resolved
• provide after-hours and weekend emergency service in rotation
• assist sales staff with equipment promotion where appropriate
• communicate with clients, subcontractors, branch staff, support personnel, and corporate staff
• work overtime as needed.
