Call Center Representative — Student Loan Debt Counselor

What you'll do

• Obtain information from consumers to understand their financial situations
• provide options for resolving obligations administratively or voluntarily
• gather documentation and follow up
• meet management-set daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• make 125–200 calls per day
• maintain and update records
• assist with skip-tracing
• follow the company’s Professional Practices Management System, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.
