Security Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage, monitor, and optimize access control and video management systems
• handle service tickets from intake through resolution and quality inspection
• report system health and performance trends
• collaborate with ADRM teams, client IT, end users, and integrators on implementations and upgrades
• identify risks and improvement opportunities
• represent ADRM in client meetings
• support deployments and technology transitions
• participate in client on-call rotation as needed
• travel to client sites as needed for implementations, commissioning, and relationship-building.
