What you'll do

• Manage cooperative vacancies, applications, lease-up, tenant files, rent collections, notices, move-outs, and tenant relations
• coordinate inspections, maintenance, and capital needs
• prepare reports and budgets
• maintain cooperative waitlists and attend board meetings
• manage commercial property operations, inspections, tenant onboarding, lease administration, facility reservations, and event logistics
• coordinate vendors and maintenance
• monitor revenues and expenses and identify operational efficiencies.
