The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Black Mountain, NC. Compensation is $17.00–$18.50 per hour based on experience. Givens Highland Farms is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community serving older adults. The role helps the Healthcare/Lodge Dining team provide meals and dining service to residents and guests. By preparing dining areas, plating food, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with service, the aide contributes to resident satisfaction and daily community life.

What you'll do

• Organize and set up dining areas
• wash dishes and help keep the kitchen clean
• plate food according to tickets
• keep and reset the dining room
• perform server duties
• assist with carryout meals as needed
• and operate equipment in the assigned area. Other duties may be assigned by an authorized supervisor.

Why this role

Experience is not required; training is provided. Full-time shifts listed are 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; PRN shifts are approximately 3:30–7:30 p.m., 2–3 days per week. Applicants must be at least 16.
