Electrical Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee branch electrical operations
• enforce company policies
• hire, train, coach, and mentor employees with the director
• maintain relationships with unions, venues, customers, and internal teams
• review job costs, payroll, and profit-and-loss entries
• approve purchase orders, payables, credit memos, expenses, and travel
• prepare annual budgets and capital expenditure requests
• coordinate schedules and interdepartmental work
• maintain safety training and compliance
• investigate and document workplace incidents.
