What you'll do

• Monitor entrances, exits, concourses, and restricted areas
• greet fans and provide directions
• enforce ballpark policies professionally
• assist with crowd management before, during, and after games and events
• communicate with supervisors and emergency personnel as needed
• assist with bag checks and access control when required.
