What you'll do

• Provision hardware, software, and accounts for new employees
• provide end-user training and technical support
• manage offboarding access and equipment
• administer helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot issues
• manage cybersecurity awareness training
• support law firm software integrations and reporting
• coordinate purchases and inventory
• maintain endpoint protection and compliance with IT policies and HIPAA requirements
• provide after-hours support as needed.
