What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe store
• plan and maintain visual displays
• monitor high-risk areas and train employees on loss prevention
• learn to operate and restock machines and perform simple repairs
• supervise and schedule 4–6 associates, train them, and monitor performance
• address customer concerns
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• communicate updates to management
• create social media content or appear in promotional videos and photos.
