What you'll do

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools, product acquisition options, and resources for access issues
• explain payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission
• coordinate with AbbVie’s support center on prescription status and program eligibility
• report payer trends
• maintain provider relationships and stay current on managed care and reimbursement policy.
