The Cloud Cybersecurity Analyst role is hybrid in the Washington, DC metro area, with a base in Herndon, VA. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. Dark Wolf Solutions seeks an analyst to help defend enterprise security architecture and government accreditation for critical IT networks. The analyst supports security assessment and remediation through vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, incident response, audit monitoring, and compliance documentation. The work helps maintain secure systems and networks and supports the organization’s regulatory and authorization requirements.

What you'll do

• Use commercial and government scanning tools to identify and track network, system, and application vulnerabilities
• coordinate containment, mitigation, and remediation with IT teams
• support threat modeling and incident evaluation
• validate security requirements and recommend safeguards
• participate in Security Test and Evaluation preparations and reporting
• review audit logs and corrective action plans
• assist with secure system configuration, hardening, and access controls.
