What you'll do

• Collect urine and other specimens under DOT guidelines
• conduct random and emergency observed collections for same-sex donors
• complete chain-of-custody and alcohol testing forms
• label and package specimens
• upload, fax, and mail forms within 24 hours
• transport specimens and supplies
• maintain collection, accuracy, calibration, and certification records
• correct collection errors within 24 hours
• submit time and travel logs.
