Brewery Assistant

Job overview

The Brewery Assistant role is onsite in Prescott, AZ. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. The position supports production at Wren House Brewing. The assistant contributes to beer production by supporting canning and keg operations, monitoring fermentation, assisting with brewing and filtration, and maintaining equipment and production records to support quality and the production schedule.

What you'll do

• Assist with or lead canning operations
• fill kegs and inspect their condition
• monitor fermentation and document production metrics
• assist with wort production and transfers
• clean tanks and brewing equipment
• operate and maintain filtration equipment
• keep production records
• and perform preventative equipment upkeep.
