What you'll do

• Work with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell repairs and maintenance
• verify that work was properly performed and diagnosed
• research vehicle history and make recommendations
• maintain customer information
• communicate by phone, email, and chat
• and schedule service appointments.
