What you'll do

• Assign jobs to technicians based on workload and location
• prepare, update, and dispatch daily work orders
• maintain work-order documentation
• track jobs through completion and invoice customers
• document warranty claims and track warranty parts
• provide warranty updates to service staff and technicians
• look up warranty history and potential open recalls
• code repair orders for billing
• coordinate with parts staff and technicians
• contact manufacturers for warranty approvals and repair assistance
• provide customer service and attend required service staff meetings.
