What you'll do

• Lead electrical design for large, complex projects
• manage electrical design budgets and schedules
• coordinate with clients, contractors, internal teams, and external partners
• develop electrical system programming and master plans
• design power distribution, lighting, grounding and bonding, and special systems for new builds
• oversee quality assurance of design documents, calculations, and specifications
• mentor junior engineers and designers
• support construction through RFIs, submittal reviews, punch lists, and progress reporting
• contribute to proposals, resource planning, scheduling, and internal training.
