What you'll do

• Develop partner profiles and acquisition strategy
• identify and engage prospective biotech and academic partners
• manage relationships through pipeline stages
• represent CTMC at conferences and partner visits
• negotiate and support development, manufacturing, technology, and alliance agreements
• maintain pipeline frameworks and CRM workflows.
