What you'll do

• Oversee milieu activities and client safety
• support meetings and adherence to program expectations
• observe and document client behavior and clinically significant encounters
• provide one-to-one supervision for clients at risk
• support treatment plans, counseling assignments, and appointments
• provide transportation as needed
• assist with admissions and discharges
• complete room and safety checks
• participate in residence inspections and drills
• provide crisis intervention as directed.
