What you'll do

• Sell parts in person, by phone, email, and online
• source parts for fulfillment
• meet sales and gross profit goals
• order parts according to dealership procedures
• maintain special-order parts for the service department
• resolve customer problems
• keep the work area clean and safe
• complete OEM training
• provide written quotes
• process core and warranty items according to company guidelines.
