What you'll do

• Research prospective clients and upcoming construction projects
• identify decision-makers and multiple contacts within target accounts
• conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, associations, and events
• generate qualified meetings and introductions
• communicate Menemsha’s capabilities
• manage prospecting campaigns and follow-up in HubSpot
• maintain accurate CRM records and track activity, conversion, and opportunity progress
• collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Preconstruction, and Operations.
