Job overview

- Conduct resident assessments using the MDS tool
- collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff
- submit assessments by regulatory deadlines
- review records and care plans for accuracy
- maintain knowledge of long-term care regulations, HIPAA, and Medicare requirements
- use EHR systems
- support quality improvement through data analysis.
