What you'll do

• Manage casino cage inventory, including Chip Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank, Vault, Kiosk, and Jackpot Cage
• address customer concerns and complaints
• ensure regulatory requirements and applicable laws are followed
• accurately report activities in compliance with internal controls and department policies
• maintain knowledge of player tracking systems and procedures
• secure assets and oversee cage bank balancing
• run reports and verify information for patron credit line requests.
